A Little Bit About Us

The Treehouse Collection has been able to develop a wealth of knowledge regarding Moorcroft Pottery as a result of handling a wide variety of pieces from all aspects of Moorcroft Pottery production over many years. We are now delighted to be able to offer you an ever changing selection of Moorcroft Pottery through our website, and we're just as likely to have pieces dating from the earlier Moorcroft Pottery eras as well as the more recent examples. We update our website regularly, and if we don't have the pieces you are looking for right now, please keep us in your bookmark for future searches to see what additional items we've got to offer.

Condition of Items

Unless otherwise stated, all the Moorcroft Pottery included in the following pages is offered in its original condition, as it was despatched from the pottery itself, and none are silver-dash or silver-mark pieces. As each piece of Moorcroft Pottery is individually hand painted, some variations in colour may occur, however we believe this only adds to the beauty and appeal of each piece.

Prices and Delivery Charges

The prices quoted exclude delivery and insurance charges. Prices for delivery and insurance will be quoted upon request, to be paid by the purchaser. We use a reputable and reliable despatch service for delivery of items, and we will inform you of delivery details when making your purchase. To ensure a swift service and to limit the amount of time your purchased piece is in transit, we usually send all our Moorcroft Pottery on a 24 hour delivery service as soon as your transaction has been completed. Occasionally we may include promotional offers for some of the Moorcroft Pottery we have to offer, and details of this will be included on our home page at the time.

Payment, Packaging and Delivery

For purchases inside the UK we are happy to accept payment by cheque, whilst for purchases outside the UK we are happy to receive payment by either Sterling Cheque or International Funds Transfer. We can now accept credit card payments by PayPal, please let us know if you would like to pay using this method and we will send you details by email. We will confirm your order via email and will despatch all items to you after payment has been received. All pieces will be professionally packed for safety during their journey to you, with most pieces packaged in their own individual Moorcroft boxes. We will keep you informed of their despatch date and estimated arrival time, and are happy to make arrangements for any special delivery requirements.
